Destination & Sailing Charter Guide In Mallorca
Just off the East coast of Spain, located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea is Mallorca which is the largest island of the Balearic Islands the perfect sailing holiday destination for your yacht charter vacation. The island itself offers everything you should need throughout your travels from white sandy beaches with clear blue waters to breath-taking views from the mountain tops there really is something for everyone.
On the south coast of the island you will find the Spanish capital city, Palma de Mallorca. In the city they have exceptional super yacht facilities to make it easy for yacht travellers to enjoy their experience on shore. Once you disembark your boat you can take yourself off and stroll down the Spanish streets to see some of the stunning architecture, shop in some of the exclusive designer shops or dine in Palma’s finest restaurants. If you are looking to relax whilst on the south coast of the island, then there are large stretches of golden beaches along with secluded beaches that are scattered with idyllic coves.
The Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains in the north peaks is one of the top natural attractions for travellers with the peaks soaring 1,400 meters above the sea level. Just one hour away from Mallorca is another recommended attraction the Cabrera National park perfect for those who love the coastal landscapes. If you fancy exploring underground, then take a trip to Caves of Darch which is the home to one of the biggest underground lakes in the world. Be sure to book you boat tour so you can sail through the turquoise baths of Lake Martel and Baths of Diana.
