Paul founded 1UK.com in 1998 and has spent over two decades working across yacht charters, brokerage and marine-related businesses. Through this experience, he recognised the need for a dedicated, family-focused approach to sailing holidays — which led to the creation of 24 Sailing Holiday.

Paul still works directly with customers, helping families choose the right destination, yacht and charter setup. His focus is on honest advice, realistic expectations and making the booking process straightforward and stress-free.

Corrinne Thompson

Charter Sales Manager

Corrinne manages charter enquiries and supports families throughout the booking process. She plays a key role in researching destinations, identifying family-friendly sailing areas and ensuring each holiday is well matched to the needs of the group.

With hands-on involvement in destination research and client support, Corrinne helps ensure that every sailing holiday reflects how families actually travel — not just what looks good on paper.

Michael Wight

Marketing & Commercial Strategy

Mike supports marketing, commercial strategy and business development across the wider group. With a background in project management and long-term involvement in online platforms and digital projects, he helps ensure that our services are clearly presented and easy for customers to understand.

His role supports the growth of 24 Sailing Holiday while keeping the focus firmly on clarity, trust and customer experience.

Tracey Thompson

Listings & Partner Support

Tracey supports our charter partners and helps keep yacht listings accurate, complete and up to date across our platforms. She works closely with operators to ensure key information — including yacht details, availability and supporting documents — is managed properly and presented clearly for customers.

With a strong background in administration and accounting, Tracey also assists with client communications and behind-the-scenes coordination, helping everything run smoothly from initial enquiry through to confirmation.

David Holden

Technical & Digital Systems

David is responsible for the technical development and ongoing maintenance of our websites and booking platforms. Having worked with Paul since the early 1990s, he brings decades of experience in web development, digital systems and online performance.

David ensures our platforms run smoothly, securely and reliably, allowing families to search, explore and enquire with confidence.
