24Live Help & FAQ
How to use live feeds, follow the right opportunities and control the updates you receive across the 24 Network.
What 24Live does
24Live brings current requests, opportunities and business updates into focused sector and regional feeds. It is designed to reduce repeated searching: members choose the areas that matter to them, then review relevant updates from participating businesses and members.
For members
Follow suitable categories and regions, review live opportunities and respond through the contact route shown on each item.
For contributors
Publish accurate, relevant updates to the narrowest suitable audience so the right people can find and act on them.
Getting started
- Sign in to your member account and open 24Live from the site menu or control area.
- Select the sector, category and region that best match your interests. Availability varies by site and membership level.
- Open a feed item to read the full details, dates, location and response instructions.
- Use the response or enquiry control on the item. Where a company supplies a direct application route, contact goes to that company rather than the 24 Network.
- Review your followed lists and notification preferences whenever your requirements change.
Using feeds well
- Choose precise categories instead of following every list.
- Check the publication date and any closing or expiry date before responding.
- Use the region filter for local requirements; use Global where the opportunity is genuinely international.
- Do not place passwords, payment details or sensitive documents in an initial message.
- Report misleading, duplicated or expired content through the page contact route.
Publishing a 24Live update
Use a clear title, identify the product, service or requirement, select the correct category and region, and include a genuine response route. Claims, prices, availability and deadlines must be current and supportable. Do not post the same item repeatedly across unrelated feeds.
Privacy: Other members only receive the information presented through the selected feed and contact workflow. Your account and communication settings determine what is shared. Check the site privacy notice before sending personal or commercially sensitive information.
Frequently asked questions
Is 24Live the same as a newsletter?
No. A newsletter is normally a scheduled publication. 24Live is a changing stream of targeted updates and opportunities that can be filtered by sector, category and region.
Why can I not see a particular feed or control?
Some feeds and publishing controls depend on the site, account type, verification status or membership level. Confirm that you are signed in and that your membership is active.
Will every item be available globally?
No. Regional items appear where relevant, while genuinely global items are available across the wider network. The region shown on an item should be treated as part of its scope.
How do I stop receiving irrelevant updates?
Reduce the categories or regions you follow and review your communication preferences in your account. Leaving an individual list should not require closing your account.
Who answers my enquiry?
The company or contributor responsible for the item should answer through the response route displayed on the page. The 24 Network does not become the seller, recruiter or contracting party merely by displaying an opportunity.
Why has an item disappeared?
It may have expired, been withdrawn, been filled, moved to a different region, or been removed during moderation.
What should I do if a page appears out of date?
Refresh the page, sign out and back in, and check your filters. If the issue remains, send the page address and a screenshot through the site contact page.
